Mékong Curry paste is a blend of root vegetables, chilies and herbs that allow you to easily create a range of dishes, from curries to stir fries, marinades and grills. By hand, we peel and chop, blitz and simmer, taking the hard work away from you. We use only traditional cooking techniques with ingredients sourced from regional cooperative farms here in Cambodia. Our farmers never use chemical pesticides.
